Training requests are requests only and will not guarantee acceptance. An email will be sent to the address submitted on this form indicating the status of your training request. If your selected class is full, a response will indicate as such and advise you of possible options. Once a class has reached capacity, a waiting list will be kept on file and filled with any cancelations on a first come / first service basis with names on the waiting list. Class schedule overview (Day 1) - Arrivals & Welcome Dinner (Day 2) - Training Day, Iron Chef Competition / Awards / Prizes / Dinner (Day 3) - Training ½ Day; Departures All attendees are required to be in attendance on Day 1 evening for a welcome reception that begins at approximately 6:30. Class ends at approximately 2:00 PM on the final day of training. Departures should not be made any earlier than 4:30 PM on the final day. A more detailed schedule and travel instructions will be furnished upon acceptance into the class.
